North Wales Feb 2006

Once Carol’s house had been located our intrepid contingent of Explorer scouts clambered eagerly into the awaiting cars for the long journey to north wales, excited by the prospects of cold weather from the weather forecasters and the chance to have some fun in the snow.

The HILLS WEEKEND

H'Okey, SO. ..We went up Mount Crib Goch I believe, and then went across the peaks and on up to Mount Snowdon. The weekend was fun! I enjoyed it. The only snatch was when Pete didn't have any petrol in the minibus to begin with - we decided to bunk down at his house for the night, ready to get up early to bundle in the minibus and get to Wales before the day..
